BNI is coming to the London Borough of Waltham Forest!

Did you know: The London Borough of Waltham Forest, like most London boroughs, has an economy, which is dominated by small businesses. With 94% of companies employing less than 20 people, larger businesses account for only 55% of all jobs in the borough.
Also, research on spending by local authorities shows that for every £1 spent with a small or medium-sized business 63p stayed in the local economy, compared to 40p with a larger business.
Why am I mentioning this, and what does it have to do with BNI coming to Waltham Forest?
It is crucial, not only now, but all year round, to protect and support local businesses. They are the heart of every community, and at BNI, we encourage local businesses to support each other!

How Does BNI work?
Unlike other networking groups and franchises, BNI is not only the worlds oldest and longest-running organisation but has core values and policies that keep business rolling over.
All BNI members are kept accountable to themselves, their businesses and their fellow members.
Globally BNI is 35-years-old; and 25-years in the UK. Within our region BNI London North East, there are already five successful chapters.
Due to the enormous success of these five chapters and its 170+ members, in the London Borough of Enfield, BNI is now expanding to include Waltham Forest, offering a unique platform that integrates face to face networking with a global online social network.
What’s the Vision?
BNI London North East will launch six new networking chapters in Waltham Forest, “Contributing to the local community & changing people’s lives”.
We are starting in the heart of Walthamstow with BNI Dream & BNI Discovery.
There will be many opportunities for local businesses to connect and pass business, growing both their own business and playing a vital part to strengthen the local economy.
